are to be agreed upon be the group coordinator and his/her invitees
pertaining to:

BOOKING POLICY
The coordinator contacts us for possible booking dates, we put a hold on the requested dates for them for one week. After the week the coordinator needs to mail the deposit and paperwork to secure the dates. If the paperwork is not received the dates remain open. After the paperwork and $150.00 deposit is received the reserved booking gets posted on our website calendar.
COURTESY HOLD
A courtesy hold is only available for 2014 and 2015. To do a courtesy hold the coordinator must first contact us to see if the date is open. Second, complete the courtesy hold paperwork for the dates requested. The $150.00 deposit is due one year from the reserve dates or if another group calls and is requesting those dates Cool Breeze Cottage will contact the coordinator to see if they want to mail their deposit for those dates. If the current coordinator does not want to mail in their deposit the dates will go to the group that is willing/ready to send in the deposit.
TERMS & CONDITIONS for reservations are important. Please
read over the terms listed below:
- A $150 non refundable deposit will reserve your space at Cool
Breeze Cottage. That will be applied at the time of full payment
due 45 days prior. Guests may be charged for excessive damage
to the cottage or the contents. An itemized list of damages and/or
missing items and an invoice will be sent to the coordinator and
will be charged to the credit card on file.
- All balances are due 45 days prior to your stay at the Cool
Breeze Cottage. If your balance is not received within 45 days
of your stay, Cool Breeze Cottage has the right to cancel your
reservation with no refund of the deposit.
- Check in time: 3:00PM / Check out time: 11:00 AM. Times are
flexible when time permits.
- If you need to cancel or change the date once you have made
your final payment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will
try to rent your reserved date. If we are able to rent that date
to another group, we will transfer your payments to another date.
- Arrangements can be made if there is bad weather, your safety
is important to the Cool Breeze Cottage.
- Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of the owners of
Cool Breeze Cottage.
- Cool Breeze Cottage accepts the following forms of payments:
check, money order, or credit card.
About the house……
Accidents happen. If you break something please leave a note so
that it can be taken care of for the next occupants. However, the
group coordinator and invitees will be responsible for any excessive
damage to the property, the house, or its contents. An itemized
list of damages and/or missing items and an invoice will be sent
to the coordinator and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cool Breeze Cottage is a pet-free and non-smoking facility. There
is a bucket with sand to safely deposit cigarette butts on the front
patio. No spray adhesives are permitted indoors. Dying fabric in
the washing machine is not permitted.
No personal items outside, such as coolers, pop, water and etc.
We ask that you please leave the cottage in an orderly fashion
upon leaving.
Accidents also happen with people. There are sharp cutting systems
and hot electric tools for guests to use. Cool Breeze Cottage can
not be responsible for injuries.
